Term of compulsory labour
1. The term of compulsory labor is calculated in hours during which the convicted person performs compulsory labor.
2. The time spent on compulsory labor may not exceed four hours on weekends and days when the convicted person is not engaged in main work, service or study; on working days - two hours after the end of work, service or study, with the consent of the convicted person - four hours. The total time for compulsory labor during a week, as a rule, may not be less than 12 hours. In cases of valid reasons, the penal enforcement authority is entitled to allow the convicted person to perform fewer hours of compulsory labor during the week.
