Collective Labor Dispute


A collective labor dispute refers to unresolved disagreements between employees (their representatives) and employers (their representatives) concerning the establishment and modification of working conditions (including wages), conclusion, amendment, and implementation of collective agreements and contracts, as well as in connection with an employer's refusal to take into account the opinion of elected representative bodies of employees when adopting local regulatory acts
