Flexible Working Hours Regime
1.3. The flexible working time regime (ГРВ) is a form of organizing working hours, under which for individual employees or groups of departments within an enterprise, self-regulation of the start, end, and total duration of the workday is allowed (within certain limits). At the same time, it is required to fully complete the legally established total number of working hours during the adopted accounting period (workday, week, month, etc.). The application of flexible working time regimes should contribute to the most rational organization of production and labor, improve its discipline and efficiency, and ensure the best combination of economic, social, and personal interests of employees with the interests of production.
