Moral Damage
If a citizen suffers moral damage (physical or moral suffering) caused by actions violating his personal non-property rights or infringing upon other immaterial benefits belonging to the citizen, as well as in other cases provided for by law, the court may impose an obligation on the offender to provide monetary compensation for such damage
