Administrative fine
1. An administrative fine is a monetary penalty expressed in rubles and established for individuals at an amount not exceeding five thousand rubles in cases provided by Article 14.1.2, paragraph 2.1 of Article 14.16 of this Code - fifty thousand rubles, and in cases provided by Articles 5.38, 20.2, 20.2.2, 20.18, paragraph 4 of Article 20.25, paragraph 2 of Article 20.28 of this Code - three hundred thousand rubles; for officials - fifty thousand rubles in cases provided by Article 14.1.2 of this Code - one hundred thousand rubles in cases provided by paragraph 2.1 of Article 14.16 of this Code - two hundred thousand rubles, and in cases provided by Articles 5.38, 19.34, paragraphs 1-4 of Article 20.2, Articles 20.2.2, 20.18 of this Code - six hundred thousand rubles; for legal entities - one million rubles, and in cases provided by Articles 14.40, 14.42 of this Code - five million rubles, or may be expressed as a multiple of:

1) the value of the subject of the administrative offense at the time of completion or termination of the administrative offense;
2) the amount of unpaid taxes, fees or customs duties due at the time of termination or discontinuation of the administrative offense, or the amount of illegal foreign exchange transaction, or the amount of money or value of internal and external securities credited or debited without compliance with the requirement to reserve, or the amount of foreign currency revenue not sold in accordance with the established procedure, or the amount of money not credited within the prescribed period to accounts in authorized banks, or the amount of money equal to the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation from the amount of money credited to accounts in authorized banks in violation of the established time limit, or the amount of money not returned within the prescribed period to the Russian Federation, or the amount of money, value of securities, other property or value of property-related services unlawfully transferred or provided on behalf of a legal entity, or the amount of unpaid administrative fine;

3) the amount of revenue obtained by the offender from the sale of goods (works, services), in the market where the administrative offense was committed, for the calendar year preceding the year in which the administrative offense was detected, or for the part of the calendar year preceding the date of detection of the administrative offense in the year when the administrative offense was detected, if the offender did not carry out activities related to the sale of goods (works, services) in the previous calendar year;
4) the amount of revenue obtained by the offender from the sale of goods (works, services) as a result of the unlawful increase of state-regulated prices (tariffs, rates, fees, and similar items) for the entire period during which the offense was committed, but not more than one year;

5) the initial (maximum) price of a state or municipal contract when placing an order for the supply of goods, performance of works, or provision of services for state or municipal needs, as well as a civil law contract of a budgetary institution when placing an order for the supply of goods, performance of works, or provision of services for the needs of a budgetary institution (hereinafter also referred to as contracts on the supply of goods, performance of works, or provision of services for the needs of the contracting party or contracts);

6) the amount of excessive income or the amount of losses avoided by a person as a result of unlawful use of insider information and (or) market manipulation
