Training

Training refers to a form of education in which theoretical material blocks are minimized, and primary attention is devoted to practical development of skills and abilities. Through experiencing or modeling specially assigned situations, trainees gain an opportunity to develop and reinforce necessary skills, acquire new behavior models, change their attitude towards their own experience and approaches previously used in work. Training usually widely employs diverse methods and techniques of active learning: business games, role-playing, simulation games, analysis of specific situations, and group discussions.
