28) varenec - an acidified milk product produced by fermenting milk and/or dairy products previously sterilized or subjected to other thermal processing at a temperature of 97 degrees Celsius plus or minus 2 degrees Celsius using starter microorganisms - thermophilic lactic streptococci - until the characteristic organoleptic properties are achieved;
