Pasteurization
Pasteurization: thermal processing of the product in hermetically sealed containers at a temperature not exceeding 100°C, for killing non-heat-resistant non-spore-forming microflora, reducing the number of spore-forming microorganisms, and ensuring microbiological stability and safety of the product during a limited shelf life at temperatures of 6°C or lower
