Personal Subsidiary Household


1. A personal subsidiary farm is a form of non-commercial activity involving the production and processing of agricultural products.

2. A personal subsidiary farm is conducted by a citizen or by a citizen together with family members living with him and (or) jointly conducting the personal subsidiary farm, in order to meet personal needs on a land plot provided for and (or) acquired for the purpose of running a personal subsidiary farm.

3. Agricultural products produced and processed during the operation of a personal subsidiary farm belong to citizens operating such farms.

4. The sale by citizens operating a personal subsidiary farm of agricultural products produced and processed during the operation of a personal subsidiary farm does not constitute entrepreneurial activity.

A personal subsidiary farm is a form of non-commercial activity involving the production and processing of agricultural products. For running a personal subsidiary farm, land plots within the boundaries of settlements (household land plots) and land plots outside the boundaries of settlements (field land plots) may be used. A residential house and other structures can be erected on a household land plot, whereas a field land plot is used without the right to erect residential or other buildings
