Spouse — a person who was married to the employee on the day of his death or to the citizen of the Russian Federation who was dismissed from service in the internal affairs organs, and who is married to him at the time of his death. In this case, the spouse (husband) has the right to compensation established by paragraph 1.1 of this article if they have not entered into a subsequent marriage, have reached the age of 50 (have reached the age of 55) or are disabled1.
