Explosive substance
18) explosive substance (ES) - a chemical substance or mixture of such substances capable, under certain conditions, of undergoing rapid self-propagating chemical transformation (explosion) upon external influence, with the release of large amounts of heat and gaseous products. These include, among others, initiating and brisant explosives, propellants, rocket fuels, as well as explosive and pyrotechnic compositions (category 10 of section 4 and categories 4, 5 and 7 of section 5)
