Vessel of the Party
c) "vessel of the Party" means any vessel registered in the ship register of the State of the Party and sailing under the flag of that State. However, this term does not include:
i) military vessels and other government ships used for non-commercial purposes;
ii) hydrographic, oceanographic, and scientific research vessels;
iii) fishing vessels;
iv) sports and recreational vessels.
