Container
transport equipment (crate, removable tank or similar device):
i) being a fully or partially enclosed container intended for the placement of goods within it,
ii) having a permanent character and therefore sufficiently sturdy to be used multiple times,
iii) specially designed to facilitate the transportation of goods by one or more modes of transport without intermediate reloading of the goods,
iv) designed in such a way as to facilitate its reloading, in particular from one mode of transport to another,
v) designed in such a way as to allow it to be easily loaded and unloaded, and
vi) having an internal volume of not less than one cubic metre.
The term "container" covers the accessories and equipment of the container necessary for that type of container, provided that such accessories and equipment are transported together with the container. The term "container" does not include vehicles, vehicle accessories or spare parts, packaging and pallets. "Detachable bodies" are considered as containers;
