National Regime


5) "national treatment" - a regime providing that each Party ensures, for the purposes of procurement of goods (works, services), originating from the territories of the Parties' states, suppliers and potential suppliers of the Parties' states offering such goods, carrying out works and providing services for the purposes of procurement, a regime no less favorable than is provided to national goods (works, services), suppliers and potential suppliers of its own state offering such goods, as well as carrying out works and providing services. The country of origin of the goods is determined in accordance with the rules for determining the country of origin of goods in force on the customs territory of the Customs Union;
