Mandatory Insurance – definition and meaning of "Mandatory Insurance"

Mandatory insurance - mandatory insurance of the carrier's civil liability for damage caused to life, health, and property of passengers during transportation (hereinafter also referred to as mandatory insurance)¹.

Mandatory insurance - relations related to mandatory insurance of the owner of a hazardous object's civil liability for damage caused as a result of an accident at a hazardous object².
