Mentoring in the field of labor refers to an employee performing, based on their written consent and at the employer's request, work aimed at providing assistance to another employee in acquiring skills related to work on the production site and (or) workplace corresponding to the profession (specialty) acquired (being acquired) by that other employee, including during their internship in the field of labor1.
