An electronic trading platform is an information system operating in the information and telecommunications network "Internet", on which at the same time: services are available allowing buyers to order goods; payment conditions and (or) organization of payment for goods by the buyer are published; delivery conditions and (or) organization of delivery of goods to the buyer are published¹.

An electronic trading platform is a website in the Internet network for conducting procurement in an electronic form (format). At the same time, legislation of the State Parties on procurement may provide that an electronic trading platform (electronic platform) may be a website specified in sub-item 2 of this paragraph².
