Participant in joint activities - the term "participants in joint activities" refers to competent authorities, designated organisations, legal and natural persons engaged in joint activities, programmes and projects covered by this Agreement1.
Participant in joint activities - competent authorities, authorised bodies and designated organisations as defined in paragraphs 1-3 of article 6 of this Agreement, as well as consignors who, in accordance with the legislation of the Parties' states, are authorised by the Parties and (or) their competent authorities to carry out joint activities under this Agreement2.
