Fermented fruit materials - spirit-containing food products with an ethyl alcohol content up to 22 percent of the finished product volume, produced as a result of complete or incomplete fermentation of fruits, fruit musts with or without the addition of concentrated fruit musts, rectified concentrated fruit musts, poured into production or transport packaging intended for the manufacture of alcoholic products and not intended for sale to the population1.
