Agreement on the Modification of the Documentary Mortgage Deed
An agreement on the amendment of the content of a documentary mortgage — should provide for amendments to the content of the documentary mortgage by attaching the original agreement on the amendment of the content of the documentary mortgage to it and indicating in the text of the documentary mortgage by an official of the registration authority that the agreement is a document that is an integral part of the documentary mortgage in accordance with the rules of subsection 2 of article 15 of this Federal law, or the cancellation of the documentary mortgage and simultaneously issuing a new documentary mortgage composed taking into account the relevant amendments. An agreement on the amendment of the content of the documentary mortgage serves as a basis for making changes to the registration entry on the mortgage and is an integral part of the documentary mortgage1.
