Deputy replacing the position in the representative body of the municipal formation
A deputy holding a position in the representative body of a municipal formation - the head of the representative body of the municipal formation, his deputy (deputies), the head of the standing and ad hoc committee (committee) and his deputy (deputies), a deputy holding other positions in the representative body of the municipal formation in accordance with the charter of the municipal formation (lost effect from 2025-06-19)1.
