Circumstance
Circumstance — circumstances the occurrence of which may lead to non-performance or improper performance by the concessionaire of its obligations under the concession agreement and (or) the emergence of additional expenses and (or) lost revenues for the concessionaire under the concession agreement, related to the occurrence of such circumstances, as well as the consequences of the occurrence of such circumstances, which may include the obligation of the concession provider to reimburse such additional expenses and (or) compensate such lost revenues of the concessionaire1.
