Taxable Object


1. The taxable object is the sale of goods (works, services), property, profit, income, expenses or other circumstance having a monetary, quantitative or physical characteristic, with the presence of which tax and fee legislation links the taxpayer's obligation to pay tax.

Each tax has a separate taxable object determined in accordance with Part Two of this Code and taking into account the provisions of this article
