Objects of capital construction
Capital construction objects — capital construction objects that meet the requirements set forth in this part are considered common property of the owners of individual residential houses within a low-rise residential complex from the date of obtaining the permit for putting such objects into operation in accordance with the legislation on urban planning activities (except in cases where, according to the legislation on urban planning activities, obtaining a permit for putting such objects into operation is not required)1.
