The Right to Lease a Land Plot
The right of lease of a land plot is considered to be subject to encumbrance from the moment of state registration of ownership rights on acquired, constructed or under construction buildings or structures, or from the moment the authority responsible for state registration of rights receives notice from the pledgor and pledgee about the conclusion of a credit agreement (loan agreement with a condition regarding the intended use), along with the attached agreement1.
