Controlled Stages of Production Processes
Controlled stages of production processes - the determination of controlled stages of production processes (critical control points) when developing technologies for producing juice products from fruits and/or vegetables is carried out on the basis of risk analysis in order to identify violations in the implementation of such technology, which may have a negative impact on the safety of such products1.
