Concentrated juice drink
Concentrated juice - a food product produced by physical treatment of a mixture of juice and (or) puree from berries and semi-finished products obtained by aqueous extraction of the same named berry pomace and removal of part of the water from this mixture in order to increase the content of soluble dry substances by at least two times compared to the original product1.
