Mixed fruit and vegetable puree
Mixed fruit and vegetable puree — may be produced by mixing fruit and (or) vegetable purees made from two or more types of fruits and (or) vegetables. Such puree is used as raw material in the production of juices, fruit and (or) vegetable nectars, compotes, and fruit and (or) vegetable juice-containing beverages1.
