Concentrated fruit and/or vegetable puree – definition and meaning of "Concentrated fruit and/or vegetable puree"

Concentrated fruit and (or) vegetable puree — a food product produced by physical processing of fruit and (or) vegetable puree and removal of part of the water contained in it with the aim of increasing the content of soluble dry substances by at least 50 percent. Concentrated fruit and (or) vegetable puree may have concentrated natural flavoring substances of the same fruits or vegetables added to it¹.
