Issuance conditions — the terms under which savings and deposit certificates are issued (hereinafter also referred to as issuance conditions) are approved by the collegial executive body of the credit institution, unless otherwise provided for in its charter. The issuance conditions must comply with the requirements established by federal laws and regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia. After approval, the credit institution submits the issuance conditions to the Bank of Russia for registration and discloses information about them in accordance with the procedures established by the Bank of Russia1.
