"Protected goods and technologies" - any goods consisting of items, materials, supplied or manufactured products, including equipment of various purposes, any technologies, meaning in particular inventions, utility models, know-how, industrial designs and computer programs, including in the form of technical data or technical assistance, and (or) containing information (other than publicly available information) in any form, including oral information, technical specifications, drawings, photographs, video materials, plans, instructions and documentation necessary for technical design, engineering, development, production, processing, manufacturing, use, operation, major repairs, maintenance, technical servicing, modification, improvement of characteristics or modernization of protected goods and technologies, in respect of which export licenses are issued by state authorities authorized under the legislation of the States Parties, and (or) in respect of which any of the Parties are issued other permits for export to the territory of the state of the other Party and is carried out by the exporting Party through its authorized bodies in accordance with the legislation of the exporting Party's state and on the basis of this Agreement
