Representative of the third state

Representative of the third state - natural persons who are employed in the public service of the third state and (or) legal and (or) natural persons authorized by the government of the third state to carry out joint activities and events in implementation of agreements and understandings provided for in paragraph 2 of article 4 of this Agreement, including any duly authorized representatives of the government of the third state and (or) its competent authorities who participate in joint activities and (or) have or may have access to protected articles and technologies and are subject to the jurisdiction and (or) control of the third state1.
Representative of the third state - natural persons who are employed in the government service of the third state, and/or legal and/or natural persons authorized by the government of the third state to carry out joint activities and events in implementation of agreements and understandings provided for in paragraph 2 of article 4 of this Agreement, including any duly authorized representatives of the government of the third state and/or its authorized bodies who participate in joint activities and/or have or may have access to protected products and technologies and are under the jurisdiction and/or control of the third state2.
