Modernization
In these Rules, modernization is understood as the completion, additional equipment installation, reconstruction and other types of works (including the acquisition of appropriate equipment) that lead to an improvement (increase) of the initially adopted normative performance indicators of the object, its technical level and the emergence of new economic characteristics
