Servitude
servitude - a right of limited use of another person's real estate, for example, for passage, laying and operation of necessary utilities and other needs that cannot be met without establishing a servitude. A servitude as a real right on a building, structure, or room may exist independently of the use of a land plot. For the owner of real estate, in relation to which a servitude is established, the latter appears as a burden;
