Information on objects of the consumer market
Consumer market objects information - an informational field with a textual message applied to it, disclosing the profile of activities of consumer market enterprises such as "Store", "Restaurant", "Bar", "Pharmacy", "Gas Station", "Cafe", "Fast Food Restaurant", "Dining Hall", "Department Store", "Supermarket", "Tailor Shop", "Photography Studio", "Grocery", "Consumer Goods", "Household Goods", "Building Materials", "Hairdressing Salon", "Pet Supplies", "Clothing", "Shoes", "Furniture", "Bakery-Candy Shop", "Home Appliance Repair" and similar, placed on the facade of the building where these enterprises are located, provided that the text does not contain advertising elements, phone numbers, names of enterprises, service trademarks of other companies or any other advertising information - is not considered as advertising. Information can be applied either on the flat surfaces of the shop window glass or in any part of the shop window opening, with the height of the letters not exceeding 0.8 m. Consumer market objects information should have a standard size with a height of 0.8 m and length no more than 3.0 m. Non-compliance with the established size, as well as the use of other firm names not related to the name of this legal entity in the information, and multiple placement of homogeneous information on real estate objects to which such information relates, is considered as advertising and must be coordinated in accordance with the established procedure. All economic entities regardless of their form of ownership are required to register the information with the department for consumer market development, advertising, and foreign economic activities and obtain a Certificate of its registration
