Reclamation — «reclamation» signifie l'information déposée par un marin, un corps professionnel, une association, un syndicat ou, en général, toute personne intéressée à la sécurité du navire, y compris l'intérêt pour les risques pour la santé et la sécurité des marins à à bord (version originale dans la langue de l'acte : «'complaint' means information submitted by a seafarer, a professional body, an association, a trade union or, generally, any person with an interest in the safety of the ship, including an interest in safety or health hazards to seafarers on board.»)1.
