13.3) must - spirit-containing food product, which is a semi-finished product of alcoholic beverage production, with an ethyl alcohol content formed during fermentation exceeding 1.5 percent of its volume, obtained depending on the type of alcoholic product from wine grapes (grape must), from other fruits (fruit must), from water, malt, hops and/or hop products (beer must), from water and honey (honey must). In must for beer and beer drinks production, partial replacement of malt with grain and/or products obtained as a result of grain processing (grain products) and/or sugar-containing products is allowed provided that the total mass does not exceed 20 percent of the mass of replaced malt, and the mass of sugar-containing products does not exceed 2 percent of the mass of replaced malt;
