Nectar: a liquid product obtained by mixing one or several types of fruit and/or vegetable juices and/or puree (paste) with drinking water, sugar, or sugar syrup, or sugars, or honey, with or without the addition of flavoring ingredients and concentrated natural volatile aroma-forming substances, unfermented but capable of fermentation, preserved by physical methods, except for irradiation processing, and intended for direct consumption
