Labor Arbitration

Labor arbitration represents an institution for considering collective labor disputes. A temporary labor arbitration is established by the parties of a collective labor dispute jointly with the relevant state authority for resolving collective labor disputes. By decision of the corresponding three-party commission on regulation of social-labor relations, a permanent labor arbitration may be created to consider and resolve collective labor disputes referred to it for consideration upon agreement between the parties
