9) Margarine - an emulsified fat product with a fat content of not less than 20 percent, consisting of natural and/or modified vegetable oils with (or without) animal fats, with (or without) fish and marine mammal fats, water with or without the addition of milk and/or its processed products, food additives and other ingredients;

A. Margarine (excluding liquid), a plastic mass, usually yellowish, obtained from animal or vegetable fats or oils, or from mixtures of these fats or oils. This is an oil-in-water emulsion, usually prepared in such a way that it resembles butter in appearance, consistency, color and so on.
