Candy


Caramel: a molded confectionery product made from caramel mass based on boiled sugar and glucose syrup mixture with or without addition of other types of raw materials and food additives, flavorings, with moisture content not exceeding 4%.

Note - Caramel is divided into hard candy type or with fillings
