Bank deposit
1) deposit - monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation or in foreign currency, placed by individuals in a bank not participating in the deposit insurance system, within the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a bank deposit agreement or a bank account agreement, including capitalized (credited) interest on the deposit amount;

A deposit - monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation or foreign currency, placed by individuals for storage and earning income. Income from a deposit is paid in cash form as interest. A deposit is returned to the depositor upon his first claim in accordance with the order provided for this type of deposit by federal law and the relevant agreement
