Competent Authorities of the Contracting Parties
1) "competent authorities of the Contracting Parties":
in the Russian Federation - the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, and with regard to paragraph 2 of article 8 - also the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
in the Kingdom of the Netherlands - the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as well as any person or organization authorized in accordance with national legislation and subordinate acts.
In cases where the aforementioned competent authorities are replaced, the names of the new authorities are transmitted to the other Contracting Party through diplomatic channels;
