Cadastral value


For the purposes of this Federal Law, cadastral value refers to the cost established as a result of conducting state cadastral valuation. Cadastral value refers to the cost established as a result of conducting state cadastral valuation or as a result of considering disputes regarding the results of determining cadastral value, or determined in cases provided for in Article 24.19 of this Federal Law. 2) cadastral value - the value of a real estate object determined in accordance with the procedures provided for by this Federal Law, as a result of conducting state cadastral valuation in accordance with methodological guidelines on state cadastral valuation or in accordance with Article 16, 20, 21, or 22 of this Federal Law. For the purposes of this Federal Law, cadastral value is understood as the value established as a result of conducting a state cadastral assessment or considering disputes regarding the results of determining cadastral value in court or by the commission for resolving disputes regarding the results of determining cadastral value.
