Coach of the first qualification category
First category coach - coaches who carry out their activities in organizations with respect to which other federal executive authorities perform the functions and powers of the founder. This category is assigned by these authorities1;
First category coach - coaches who carry out their activities in organizations with respect to which the functions and powers of the founder are performed by other federal executive authorities2.
A trainer of the first qualification category is a trainer who carries out their activities in organizations where federal executive authorities do not perform the functions and powers of an owner. These categories are assigned by executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports, and by public authorities of the federal territory "Sirius"3.
