Microbiological — species or genus composition of microorganisms, the quantity of microorganisms of a specific species or genus per unit mass or volume of a specific product in accordance with the requirements of this Federal law, standards, regulatory and (or) technical documents for the production of a specific product (if such documents are available) and (or) other documents containing a description of this product1.
