Holder of a qualified certificate
Qualified certificate holder - for a physical person who is not an individual entrepreneur, or surname and (or) name, patronymic (if any) and main state registration number of the individual entrepreneur - qualified certificate holder - for a physical person who is an individual entrepreneur, or name, address within the location, taxpayer identification number and main state registration number of the qualified certificate holder - for a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, or name, location outside the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) address within the territory of the Russian Federation, taxpayer identification number, reason code for inclusion in the register of the qualified certificate holder - for a legal entity registered in in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, international (intergovernmental) organization, or the name and taxpayer identification number of a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, international (intergovernmental) organization, the name, address within the territory of the Russian Federation, and the code of the reason for registration of the holder of a qualified certificate - for a branch, representative office, or other separate unit of a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, a branch or representative office of an international (intergovernmental) organization, or the name and address of the holder of a qualified certificate - for a government body included in the list provided in paragraph 6 of article 8 of this Federal law1.
