Insured person in the system of mandatory pension insurance
1. Insured persons - persons to whom mandatory pension insurance applies in accordance with this Federal law. Insured persons are citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens or stateless persons who reside permanently or temporarily on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign citizens or stateless persons (excluding highly qualified specialists in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ dated July 25, 2002 "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation") who are temporarily staying on the territory of the Russian Federation and have concluded an indefinite-term employment contract or a fixed-term employment contract for a period of not less than six months:

employees working under an employment contract, including organization managers who are the sole participants (founders), members of organizations, owners of their property, or those working under a civil law agreement, the subject of which is the performance of work and provision of services (excluding individuals studying at secondary vocational or higher educational institutions on a full-time basis and receiving payments for activities carried out in student detachments through employment contracts or civil law agreements, the subject of which is the performance of work and/or provision of services), under an author's commission contract, as well as authors of works who receive payments and other remuneration under contracts for the transfer of exclusive rights to scientific, literary, artistic works, publishing licensing agreements, and licensing agreements providing for the right to use scientific, literary, or artistic works;

self-employed (individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, notaries engaged in private practice);

members of peasant (farmer) households;
working outside the territory of the Russian Federation in cases where insurance contributions are paid in accordance with Article 29 of this Federal Law, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Russian Federation;
members of family (clan) communes of small-numbered peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation engaged in traditional sectors of economic activity;
