1. public catering (food service industry): A separate economic sector consisting of enterprises of various forms of ownership and organizational-management structures, organizing the feeding of the population, as well as the production and sale of finished products and semi-finished goods both within the catering enterprise and outside it, with the possibility of providing a wide range of services for leisure and other additional services
