food service - services related to the preparation of culinary products and (or) confectionery items, creating conditions for consumption and (or) sale of ready-made culinary products, confectionery items and (or) purchased goods, as well as conducting leisure activities. Food service does not include services related to the production and sale of excise goods specified in subitems 3 and 4 of item 1 of article 181 of this Code;
